About the Job

We're looking for a versatile Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in a dynamic, multi-faceted role. You'll support our comprehensive digital marketing efforts across email campaigns, video content creation, paid advertising, and marketing automation. This hands-on position is perfect for someone eager to develop diverse marketing skills whilst working with cutting-edge tools including AI-powered platforms. You'll play a key role in driving member engagement and acquisition through data-driven campaigns and creative content production in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute targeted email campaigns and automated sequences

Create and optimise high-converting landing pages through A/B testing

Edit and produce engaging video content for campaigns and social media

Maintain customer databases and analyse campaign performance metrics

Set up and manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing systems

Utilise AI tools for content creation and campaign optimisation

Configure and launch paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

Coordinate video production schedules and manage content calendars

Support paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn under senior team guidance

About You

Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience or recent marketing graduate with relevant internship/project experience

Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and paid advertising

Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to track campaign performance

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written communication skills with an eye for compelling copy

Proactive learner who's eager to develop their marketing skills

Team player who can collaborate effectively across departments

Enthusiasm for testing, learning, and continuous improvement
