Beveridge Carey Accountants Pty Ltd is a long established Toowoomba based firm with a professional atmosphere focused on clients and building a supportive team environment. As a small firm with a loyal client base across the Southern Queensland/Northern NSW region, we specialise in tax and business advisory services. An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Client Relationship Officer/Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Answering the phone, emails and directing enquiries

Greeting visitors and receipting payments

Mail duties

ATO & ASIC lodgements including liaising directly with them

Correspondence via MS Word & Outlook utilising existing templates

Maintaining office appearance and inventory

Filing, scanning and archiving

Manage staff amenities stocks i.e. tea/coffee/milk

Ad-hoc administrative tasks such as data input & client set-up

Other tasks as required to assist the Partners, office manager, client services, accountants and clients

About You

You will have:

A confident and outgoing personality

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

High attention to detail, be able to follow instructions and work with others within a team

The ability to work under pressure in a in a fast-paced, often demanding environment

A good understanding of MS Office; Outlook, Word and Excel

Excellent general computer skills and ability to learn industry based software
