Are you polished, professional and people-focused?

We’re on the hunt for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to be the face and first impression of our energetic and growing Real Estate Team and take on the very important role of “Director of Everything Speaks”

About the Role:

As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming experience for clients while keeping our front-of-house and office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client and Team interaction, takes pride in presentation, and loves keeping things organised for the whole Team and Office. This role isn’t just the role of “Receptionist”, it is also the extremely important role of “Director of Everything Speaks”

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome

Answer and direct calls and enquiries efficiently

Maintain front office presentation and ensure smooth daily operations

Provide administrative support to the sales, property management and operations teams

Assist with mailouts and ad-hoc marketing and admin tasks

Manage office supplies and gifts for clients and Team

Be 100% across the detail of “Everything Speaks”

What is the definition of “Everything Speaks”

To care for every touchpoint, visual cue, and interaction within the business to ensure it reflects professionalism, quality, and alignment with our brand and values.

Ensure the experience of walking into our office for both clients and our Team are seamless, warm, exciting and polished.

Review the office on weekly basis and ensure that everything is order, spot gaps and /or inconsistencies and provide feedback to the Leadership Team where required.

Be naturally observant, detail driven and genuinely cares about both people and excellence

Has a great sense of style, sense of aesthetics and the impact that this can have on others

About You:

You’re well-presented, friendly and confident

You have strong communication and people skills

You're organised, detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks with ease

Real estate or reception/admin experience is highly regarded (but not essential)

You're tech-savvy, process driven and can pick up new systems quickly
