We’re looking for a professional and people-focused Receptionist to join our Brisbane Head Office team on a permanent, full-time basis, offering a $60,000 salary plus great company perks.
As the first face of our business, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, greeting guests, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our corporate team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
Answer calls, emails, and coordinate general correspondence
Organise meeting room bookings, catering, and internal events
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies
Provide admin support across departments
Assist with onboarding and desk allocations for new team members
Maintain a professional, safe, and well-presented office space
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-moving environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You’ll be the kind of person who naturally takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and creating a welcoming space.
You’ll have:
Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office coordination role
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both in person and over the phone
A polished and professional appearance with a positive, “can-do” attitude
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to maintain confidentiality, stay calm under pressure, and handle competing priorities
Confidence working independently, but also as part of a team
A passion for customer service and a strong sense of ownership in your work
