We’re looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Administrative Officer / Receptionist to join our friendly finance team. You can be based in the office in Geraldton, WA, or work from home if you want to apply but do not live in the area.
Personality is everything. You’ll be our clients' first point of contact, making sure they feel valued and supported from the very first hello.
If you’ve worked in loans, banking, or mortgage broking before, fantastic! But if you’re a quick learner with the right attitude, we’d love to hear from you, too.
Your day will include:
Answering and directing phone calls in a warm, professional manner
Greeting clients (in person and virtually)
Pre-vetting client enquiries and collecting required documentation
Assisting clients in completing application forms
General administration: filing, sorting, data entry, scheduling appointments
Supporting our brokers with loan processing and client follow-ups
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a strong attention to detail and can work independently
Communicates clearly and confidently
Has experience in finance, loans, banking, or broking (preferred, not essential)
Can work from our Geraldton office or from home (must have reliable internet)
Is happy to work 8:30 am – 4:30 pm AWST, 9-day fortnight (Every 2nd Tuesday off)
