We are looking for a unique and outstanding person to join our lively team at MTP Financial as a Receptionist!
MTP Financial is a highly reputable, local boutique financial advisory firm who are currently looking for a well-rounded professional to support the daily functions of the busy office. We value our people and strive for a positive team culture.
We require an energetic and friendly Receptionist with experience to provide administrative support and exceptional service to our wonderful clients and spirited internal staff members.
This amazing human will be able to welcome clients, build relationships and respond to queries as appropriate plus assist with walk-in clients, schedule appointments and manage calendars, answer phone calls and prepare documents with a high level of accuracy.
The personal skills you will need to be successful in this role are excellent communication and organisational skills, time management, technology skills, attention to detail and confidentiality whilst maintaining a professional image at all times.
This role is 100% in-office from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
