Our client is a well-established mid-tier accounting firm based in the heart of the CBD. They are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary liaison between clients and the accounting team, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
Manage client onboarding and engagements.
Incorporate new entities for clients, handling ABN and TFN applications.
Corporate secretarial tasks including ASIC filing and preparation of ASIC forms to maintain correct Company records.
Liaise with ATO and manage ATO lodgements.
Maintain accurate records and handle administrative duties to support efficient workflow.
Assist with monthly billing and debtor management.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Other administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking appointments, filing, printing & scanning.
Requirements
At least 12 months experience working in an accounting practice (essential).
Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero.
Experience maintaining and updating company records with ASIC and using ATO Portal highly desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, reliable and self-motivated.
