Our sales team is elite, and our culture is built on results, momentum, and opportunity. We celebrate wins, back each other, and raise the bar every single month. Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to take our team to the next level and help scale us to 8-figure revenue.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be in the action, not just watching from the sidelines. You’ll:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of high-performing setters & closers
Own the sales floor, driving results daily
Work directly with our COO & CEO to set strategy, optimise conversion rates, and break records
Jump on calls when needed and model best practice selling
Build systems that scale from hiring and onboarding to incentive structures and reporting
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Daily sales team rhythm, reporting & accountability
Coaching and performance reviews for setters + closers
Recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales talent
Pipeline review, handover processes, and conversion optimisation
Weekly revenue forecasts & new cash targets
Commission & incentive programs that drive performance
CRM and sales tech workflows
What You Bring
Experience managing B2C or high-volume consultative sales teams
Strong understanding of sales metrics and how to improve them
Hands-on sales background. You’ve been in the seat and can coach with authority
Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire high performance
Bonus: experience in a coaching company, sales agency, or founder-led business
