Now we’re hiring a full-time, in-office Revenue Team Manager to lead the next evolution of our sales machine — and scale us to 8 figure revenue.
About the Role
This isn’t about watching dashboards—it’s about driving them. You’ll be on the field, in the huddle, and in the fight every single day.
You’ll lead a team of high-performing setters and closers, own the sales floor, and work directly with the COO & CEO to drive performance, train new talent, and break records. You’ll roll up your sleeves, get on calls when needed, and turn potential into power.
Location: Sydney-based (Caringbah HQ)
Type: Full-time, in-office (this is not a remote gig)
What You’ll Own
Daily sales team rhythm, reporting, and accountability
Coaching and performance reviews for setters + closers
Sales hiring, onboarding, and training systems
Pipeline review, triage to close handovers, conversion rate optimisation
Weekly revenue forecasts and new cash targets
Commission & incentive structures with teeth
CRM and sales tech workflows that actually get used
Who You Are
You’ve managed B2C or high-volume consultative sales teams before
You’re structured, metrics-driven, and love watching dashboards go green
You’ve been in the seat — you know sales inside-out and can coach it in your sleep
You run toward problems, not from them
You have energy. Ownership. Leadership. You’re the one the team looks to when it’s game time
Bonus points if you’ve worked in a coaching company, sales agency, or founder-led business.
What You Get
Base salary between $100K + Super
$OTE 200k but we don't put a limit on high performers, beat your targets and there is uncapped performance bonus — tied to revenue milestones and team KPIs
