THE ROLE

As Building Manager, you’ll be the face and force behind the smooth operation of a landmark property in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. As part of the onsite team, you’ll oversee day-to-day building functions, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure the site maintains its premium standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily building operations, maintenance, and contractor coordination

Ensure compliance with WHS and building regulations
