Our requirements (Minimum 1 year of Property Management Experience is required)

To be successful in this role, it would be desirable for you to have:

Be highly organised with excellent time management skills.

Have strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills

An energetic and career driven personality.

Be computer literate with experience in Property Tree and Inspection Manager

Hold a current drivers' license.

Hold a current Real estate license or certificate of registration

Excellent written and verbal skills

Be hard working and willing to go to that extra mile

Ability to work in a team to achieve common goal.

About the role

Required to complete all aspects of residential property management including (but not limited to):

Work within a team to oversee and manage our rental portfolio of approximately 270 properties mostly within the Penrith region

Manage in-going & out-going inspections

Arrears management

Rental reviews and research

Responding to phone and email enquiries

Liaise with your fellow Senior Property Manager and Leasing Consultant in relation to tenancy applications and inspections

Manage repairs and maintenance

Tribunal applications and attendance

Additional Adhoc tasks as required
