This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable firm that for the past 15 years has had a strong presence in the market delivering services in Business Advisory, Tax & Compliance, Corporate Advisory, SMSFs and Business Structuring. Their client base is made up of members of Sydney’s SME business community – including professional services, medical, IT, wholesale/retail, construction, and engineering to name a few.

They are now looking for a part time (4 days a week) Administration Assistant to help support the Practice Manager. This role offers great flexibility with tailored start and finish times, the option to spread the 4 equivalent days over the week and only being required to go into the office 1 day a week or for any client meetings.
This a great opportunity for someone who wants a close-knit team that gives plenty of support, access to engage with clients and continue to develop your skillset.
Key responsibilities include:
First point of contact for clients and welcoming them to the office
Responding to incoming calls, office emails and attending to client queries
Managing correspondence with the ATO and handling queries and actioning items from clients
Helping with prep work for meetings and maintaining client files
Office maintenance – banking, refill office supplies, liaise with service providers
Ad hoc administration duties
The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a office administrator/PA role, ideally in in a public practice firm. As an individual you will be friendly, down to earth, switched on, reliable, and a great multitasker. It is imperative you have amazing interpersonal and communication skills as you are the first point of contact for all clients.
