Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a role where no two days are the same?
Teamwork Technology is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider, and we’re on the hunt for a proactive Operations Assistant to support our Managing Director, senior leadership, and wider team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be across the action from sales support and scheduling to procurement, warehouse management, and keeping our office running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the glue that keeps our operations running smoothly, with responsibilities including:

Sales Support – Preparing quotes for hardware and services, tracking proposals, and following up with clients.

Procurement & Inventory – Sourcing and ordering IT equipment/software, tracking orders, managing stock across our warehouse, offices, and vehicles.

Warehouse & Asset Management – Coordinating incoming/outgoing equipment, couriers, and ensuring our asset management system is always up to date.

Office & Team Support – Keeping the office stocked, organised and professional, coordinating meetings, assisting with events and team-building activities.

Client & Vendor Liaison – Answering phones, building positive relationships with clients and suppliers, and maintaining our high service standards.

Diary & Travel Management – Scheduling for the Managing Director & General Manager, coordinating travel bookings and logistics.

Finance Admin – Raising invoices, assisting with accounts, and processing payments.

Other Key Areas – Vehicle servicing, meeting notes/documentation, event organisation, and jumping in wherever the team needs support.

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional organisational skills — able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Strong communication — clear, friendly, and professional both in writing and on the phone.

Detail-driven — you notice the small things that others might miss.

Tech confident — comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel skills are a must).

Professional, proactive, and discreet when handling sensitive information.

A true team player who enjoys variety and working closely with leadership.
