My client is a well-established accounting and financial services firm in Parramatta CBD who are currently seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join their growing support team. They offer a wide range of business, tax and consulting services, with their clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporate groups in a number of exciting industries across Australia.

This role will suit an enthusiastic professional who is keen to expand their knowledge and not shy to take on early responsibility.
Key tasks include (but not limited to):
Preparation of Finals packages for clients
Manage client communication
Managing lodgment list
Maintaining and updating client details, including new client set up
Lodging Tax Returns and FBT Returns
Finalising and reviewing invoices
Client Disbursements
Updating client debtors and sending debt reminders
Managing Company Secretarial documents via Now Infinity
Other duties as required
Applicants:
Current/recent experience working in admin/client services capacity in an accounting firm
Experience with Xero/XPM and/or Nowinfinity would be ideal but not essential
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail, reliable and a strong team player
Great communication and interpersonal skills
