Your Mandate

Take command of our signature restaurant, the centrepiece of the venue.

Help lead operations across our sophisticated event spaces and vibrant bar.

Personally select and develop your own leadership team, including a dedicated Supervisor.

Deliver flawless service execution, with administrative duties limited to essential rostering and correspondence.

Be present at peak moments - primarily towards the latter part of the week - when our guests expect nothing less than perfection.

Your Credentials

Demonstrated success in premium hotel or high-end F&B operations.

A commanding floor presence with the ability to engage, inspire, and delight guests.

Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and operational skills.

A passion for curating experiences that are as memorable as they are meticulously delivered.
