We require suitably experienced medical receptionists with exceptional front desk skills.

Hours: Full Time /Part-time / Casual in line with practice requirements

Location: On site North Balwyn

Our practice consists of 4 surgeons with both private and public hospital commitments, and includes an audiology service. Multi-tasking and an ability to work independently without supervision is extremely important.

Your duties will include:-

Front desk reception using Genie on a Mac platform

Billing of consultations, quotes for surgical procedures, preparing theatre lists

Typing, tidying consulting suites and washing/sterilising instruments

You will have the following skills:-

Thorough knowledge of Genie and medical terminology

Outstanding English, communication and reception skills

Excellent typing skills and outstanding computer literacy

Excellent presentation with a cheerful disposition

Able to work in a team environment
