About the Role

We’re seeking an Elevating Work Platform (EWP) trainer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to make a real difference in their students’ lives while enjoying the flexibility and support that comes with working at Start Training.

Work-Life Balance: Half day shifts, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts available

Locations: Sunshine, Campbellfield, Ferntree Gully or a variety.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver training for TLILIC005 Operate a Boom-Type Elevating Work Platform & RIIHAN301E Operate Elevating Work Platform

Assess students’ competence through practical and theoretical evaluations.

Mentor and support students to achieve their goals.

What You Bring to the Role

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Empathy and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting students.

At least two years of relevant experience with EWP licences/tickets.

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

A current valid driver’s licence, police check, and Working with Children Check.
