About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Beauty Salon Coordinator to oversee the front of house operations at our Ella Bache salon in Fannie Bay, NT. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all our clients, from booking appointments to managing the reception area.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service and client care

Handling all client enquiries, bookings and appointment scheduling

Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-presented and organised

Liaising with the salon team to coordinate client services and flow

Maintaining client records and data management systems

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Supporting the salon manager with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar customer service or front-of-house role, ideally within the beauty or hair industry is an advantage but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming service to all clients

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using appointment booking and point-of-sale systems

A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our salon
