We’re on the hunt for a fashion-forward, high-energy Front of House / Salon Coordinator to join our team at Kabuki Haircutters – Darwin’s most iconic hair salon.

This is a Part-time role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to be part of a fun, supportive, and professional team.

Hours:

Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 8:30am – 5:00pm (We have room for flexibility with hours, But Saturdays is a MUST)

Your Role Includes:

Welcoming and managing clients with warmth and confidence.

Managing bookings and coordinating daily salon flow.

Supporting and motivating a team of 10+ staff, including senior stylist and apprentices

Stock control, retail ordering, and tracking KPIs.

Liaising with brand reps and salon partners.

Supporting our marketing and social media team.

Overseeing daily operations and assisting with smooth salon coordination.

Maintaining and updating the client database.

What We’re Looking For:

Immaculate, fashion-forward presentation

High energy, self-motivated, and organised

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Team player who leads by example

Computer literacy & confidence with salon systems

Strong attention to detail & time management

Open to learning new skills and growing within the role

Experience in the hair/beauty industry is a bonus, not essential
