The role of Coordinator of Supports at BALCOR involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The position is responsible for supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, build capacity, exercise choice and control, and access culturally appropriate and effective services in their communities.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of NDIS processes, strong communication and coordination skills, cultural awareness and the ability to navigate complex support environments. It also includes maintaining accurate documentation, advocating for participants' needs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of BALCOR's services

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of NDIS experience to be considered for this position.
