About the Role
As our Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating service operations, managing supporting technicians and the service manager with day-to-day admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule service jobs
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier communications
Monitor workshop inventory and order parts as needed
Support compliance with safety and maintenance procedures
General admin support including reporting and documentation
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in service administration or workshop coordination (preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
