This role is based at their Yatala office, with a 2-month initial training period in Carole Park to ensure you're fully supported and confident in your role before transitioning to the Yatala site.

🔹 About the Role:
You'll be a key part of the Customer Service & Operations team, supporting the Customer Service Manager, Sales team, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and product coordination.
Key responsibilities include: - Processing customer orders accurately and maintaining updated records
- Providing updates to customers on orders, delivery timeframes, and availability
- Monitoring customer stock levels and coordinating replenishments
- Liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to meet tight delivery schedules
- Managing purchase orders, packing slips, credits, and invoices
- Assisting with reception, phone enquiries, outbound mail, and general admin
- Providing hands-on support to warehouse teams during busy periods

🔹 What You'll Bring: - Previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics support
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with systems like Excel, Outlook, and ideally SAP or similar platforms
- A high attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a sense of urgency
- Flexibility and a team-first mindset - you're happy to step in wherever needed
- Cert III in Business Admin (desirable but not essential)
