About your new role
As the Lead Executive Assistant, you will provide high level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, managing complex calendars, preparing polished digital presentations, and ensuring seamless meeting coordination. You’ll also lead and coordinate a team of administrative professionals and oversee key projects that drive business objectives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO’s diary and travel arrangements with a strategic and efficient approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted liaison
- Prepare high-quality digital presentations, reports, and visual materials for executive meetings and external engagements
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of executive meetings including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action follow-up
- Enhance customer experience by serving as a primary professional contact and supporting relationship management
- Lead, develop, and manage the administrative support team, fostering collaboration and efficiency
- Lead and track key projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deadlines are met
- Handle confidential information with discretion and manage executive correspondence and expense tracking
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role
- Exceptional organisational, time-management, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
