A snapshot of your role….
· Provide high-level administrative and secretarial assistance to the CEO, including diary management, travel coordination, and prioritising correspondence, reports, and business papers
· Organise meetings for the CEO, Board, and sub-committees, managing venues, catering, travel, agendas, and minutes, as well as coordinate the AGM and nomination process
· Organise board papers, prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and supporting materials, and ensure accurate distribution of documents
· Conduct research, track progress on special projects, prepare reports for the CEO, and implement follow-up actions, and also support the development and maintenance of office policies and procedures
· Maintain databases and office systems, greet stakeholders, and develop office protocols
