About the role
As LK Auto’s senior truck sales, you will be pivotal in driving new business development and achieving ambitious sales targets for the organization. This includes promoting and selling a range of new trucks to businesses and individual customers. Building a great understanding of our client’s needs with long-lasting customer relationships. This full-time position is based in Sydney, NSW. Location is based in Prestons, with flexible working options available.

What you'll be doing
• Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to deliver an exceptional integrated customer experience
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide feedback and input to improve sales processes and strategies
What we're looking for
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the truck and truck-related industry, exclusively within this field.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and address client needs
• Innovative and strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results
• Collaborative team player with capacity for both autonomy and cooperation
• Resilience and determination to overcome challenges and drive success
