This is a powerhouse office! As one of the most successful Property Groups across the Sydney Metropolitan area with one of the largest sales and leasing teams that benefit from their multiple office network, this is an office you will want to be apart off! Providing a bespoke customer service to achieve superior results, this team of professionals have been trusted with every premises across a number of investors and developers. Currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director, this is a position to provide the most accurate support to a busy CEO as their business rapidly grows across all aspects.

The Role:

Monday - Friday, you will act as the "glue" of the unit and as the focal point for communications. This role requires you to be the eyes and ears to a busy individual:

  • Co-Manage Agent’s diary
  • Provide administrative support around sales process
  • Manage vendor, buyer enquiry, solicitors etc
  • Real-time data entry in CRM system
  • Prepare for listing presentations
  • Administer properties through the sale process
  • Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
  • At the direction of the Principal, contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently run
  • Liaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for a photo shot
  • Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts
  • Undertake pre-settlement inspections
  • Ad hoc administration duties


The Candidate:
