About the role

TAG is seeking a PAYROLL AND FINANCE OFFICER to support its HR and Finance team, in our Sydney office in Stanmore. This is a part time role working 3 days per week.

Responsibilities to include:

Payroll Processing

Assisting with processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll for staff and contractors in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA and SA for 3 companies

Updating and maintenance of payroll records

Assisting with employee entitlements including annual leave, personal leave and long service leave.

Assisting with all HR and payroll related issues as required

Finance Administration

Assisting with processing of 40 Corporate Credit Cards

Processing employee reimbursements

Supporting accounts receivable with invoicing, collections and customer enquiries

Assisting with maintenance of fixed assets register

Experience and Skills

At least 2 years' payroll experience across Australia

Previous experience in a similar finance role

A high level of competency on computers and excel

Proven ability to work independently as well as having the ability to work within a collaborative team environment and being a team player

Demonstrated multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
