Payroll Officer – Part-Time Opportunity

Smile Team Orthodontics is looking for a Part-Time Payroll Officer to join our growing team! With newly launched practices in Sydney and established locations in the Illawarra and Southern Highlands, it’s a great time to come on board. This part-time position is based in our Wollongong office.

We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and genders. Payroll experience is essential.

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Experience with payroll systems (Deputy and ADP preferred but not essential)

What You’ll Need

Payroll experience – essential

Must be available to work Tuesday and Wednesdays

Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check

About the Role

As a Payroll Officer, you’ll be part of our HR and management team, responsible for:

End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing

Maintaining accurate employee records

Managing payroll queries and discrepancies

Supporting HR and payroll-related projects

General administrative tasks as required
