We are looking for a skilled professional to provide Level 2 Network Support, delivering hands-on IT assistance across multiple sites. You will troubleshoot and maintain end-user technology, network infrastructure, telephony, and audiovisual systems.

In this role you will form part of a nation-wide program team, who are delivering a major network refresh. This role involves supporting deployments and upgrades, as well as participating in an on-call roster to manage urgent incidents. You will work closely with various teams to ensure critical systems remain operational and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Support hardware rollouts and network infrastructure deployments
• Deliver on-site and remote IT support for users and clinical systems
• Troubleshoot network, AV, telephony, and nurse call infrastructure
• Participate in after-hours project go-lives and cutovers across facilities
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently

Skills & Experience

• Current CCNA
• Experience with device discovery on large complex networks
• Network auditing experience
• Coordinating hardware delivery on site
• Experience with patching and cabling
• Experience on network/wifi rollout projects
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and device troubleshooting
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, Apple MDM, and enterprise tools
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
• Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites

This role is being offered as a 12 month fixed term position, with salary sacrifice benefits, a hybrid work environment, and and package circa $100k plus superannuation.
