Level 2/3 Engineer
*Up to $100k plus super + bonus

We’re on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented Level 2 Support Engineer to join a managed services provider that supports a wide range of clients and industries. You'll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same – and your work will actually be appreciated.

This role is perfect for someone who’s:

• Tech-savvy and solutions-focused
• Comfortable owning tasks end-to-end
• Ready to grow with a business that values its people

What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of hands-on IT experience
- Strong Office 365/
- Windows server; inc troubleshooting, patching & administration
- Solid grasp of Fortigate firewalls/VLAN
- Previous MSP experience – non-negotiable
- Australian Citizenship
