Position Available: Full Time Medical Receptionist
Locations: City & Campbelltown
We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team across our City and Campbelltown General Practice clinics.
About the Role:
This is a full time position. The role involves a variety of reception and administrative duties, including:
Booking appointments
Answering phone calls and patient enquiries
Billing (mixed billing experience preferred)
Scanning and managing patient records
Working closely with our Administration Team, Nursing Staff, and GPs
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working in a General Practice setting is essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with Best Practice software is highly desirable
A team player with a friendly, professional attitude
The role requires flexibility to work across both our City and Campbelltown clinic locations.
