Inspired Psychology is a vibrant psychology private practice with two clinic locations - Malvern and O'Halloran Hill. We provide psychology services across the lifespan and have a wonderful caring and dedicated team.

We are seeking a medical receptionist to provide services. The role is based across both practices and days worked at each practice will vary.

Our reception is our clients' first point of contact and excellent interpersonal skills are essential in this role, including having a warm and friendly manner and ability to engage well with others. It is a busy role and one with multiple demands. Therefore, capacity to work autonomously and good time management skills are essential.

Duties include all aspects of reception including taking calls and answering queries, making appointments, management of invoicing and payments and general administrative support for the practice manager and psychologists. Computer skills are required and the successful applicant will need to be able to use our practice management software, as well as HICAPS. Training will be provided.

Previous reception/administration experience is essential and previous experience in an allied health or medical field highly desirable.

Our practice is open Monday to Friday. A position is offered on a casual basis at 2 to 3 days per week. We are looking for someone with capacity to also cover additional time where needed. A willingness to work across both locations is a condition of employment.
