Full-Time Hearing Clinic Receptionist – Join Our Amazing Team!

Are you passionate about helping people? Join our friendly, dynamic team at our Norwood & Unley Hearing Clinics! As a Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in improving the hearing and lives of our patients every day.

Clinic Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

8:30 am start on Wednesdays for our team huddle

We’re looking for someone with a bubbly, enthusiastic & caring nature with strong attention to detail. If you have excellent customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. You’ll be the friendly face at the front desk, as well as the clear voice on the phone, helping patients with everything from hearing aid maintenance to scheduling appointments.

Your Key Responsibilities: You’ll provide exceptional service both in-person and over the phone, assist with clinic preparation, and support audiologists. You'll also manage hearing aid orders, repairs, and Bluetooth connectivity, with training provided. In addition, you’ll handle general admin tasks like invoicing, claiming, filing database management, and assisting with patient insurance claims.
