Qualifications & experience

Computer literacy, including Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook; (High IT skills are welcome)

Experience with a computerised accounting package (Xero) is advantageous;

Good verbal and written communication skills;

Professional and confident phone manner;

Good time management;

Flexible, reliable and proactive; and

Attention to detail.

Must have AUS driver’s license. (Company car is available for working purpose during work hour)

Tasks & responsibilities

Perform general office administration, including data entry, invoice processing, and record-keeping.

Provide customer service by handling inquiries from retailers (stock availability, delivery schedules) and end-users (product information, after-sales support).

Answer and manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries professionally.

Assist with accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.

Liaise with customers regarding purchase orders, order status and inquiries.

Support warehouse operations as needed, including accompanying After-Service personnel on-site.

Providing assistance to Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Will have interstate business trip occasionally.
