As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant – Prospecting Support to help our Sales Agents generate more opportunities and grow our client base.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to step into the real estate industry. As a Sales Assistant focused on prospecting, you’ll support our Sales Agents by generating leads through outbound calls, door knocking, and database nurturing. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining a strong pipeline of potential sellers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting calls to homeowners and investors

Perform door knocking in targeted local areas to engage with potential sellers

Qualify leads and capture relevant property details

Manage and update the CRM database with accurate information

Set appointments for property appraisals and consultations

Consistently follow up with prospects via calls, SMS, and emails

Share market updates and property insights with prospects

Maintain records of prospecting activity and track KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

Confident and personable communicator, both in person and on the phone

Comfortable with door knocking and face-to-face engagement

Highly organised with excellent time management

Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused

Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is a bonus

Familiarity with real estate CRM systems (such as Rex, Agentbox, VaultRE) is advantageous
