The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and physically fit individual to join our small Knoxfield team in a dual-role capacity. Initially, you will be focused on internal sales, assisting walk-in and phone-based customers, supporting existing accounts, and conducting local deliveries in a small company vehicle.
As you develop, this role will transition into a full-time Account Manager position, where you will be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio of customers. Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in and existing customers
Manage phone and email enquiries with confidence and professionalism
Pick and pack orders, conduct local deliveries (automatic van)
Assist with warehouse operations including receipting, stock control, and dispatch
Develop strong relationships with clients and support account growth
Transition into a field-based account management role over time
Maintain clean reporting and CRM entries
Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace
What We’re Looking For
Valid VIC driver’s licence and clean driving record
Australian citizenship
Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg)
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
Well-presented, motivated, and eager to grow into sales
Forklift licence desirable but not essential
Previous warehouse or sales experience preferred
