About the role

What you'll be doing

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the products and services they need
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a tidy and well-organised sales floor, ensuring products are displayed and stocked appropriately
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and goals through proactive customer engagement
• Represent the Seek' brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• A passion for sales and a genuine interest in the retail industry
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
