About the Role
Coffee Machine Warehouse is seeking a Sales Assistant with strong computer skills and a confident phone manner to join our dynamic team. You’ll be working with a wide range of premium domestic and commercial coffee machines, grinders, and accessories.

This is a computer-based role with a focus on online sales, customer support, and product listings across multiple platforms. Once you've built your product knowledge, you’ll also assist customers in our Clayton showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phone and email enquiries with confidence and professionalism

Learn and retain information on various coffee machine makes, models, features, and pricing

Create and manage product listings on eBay, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, and other online platforms

Maintain up-to-date and accurate product descriptions and pricing

Support the wider team with day-to-day sales and admin tasks

Skills & Experience

Strong computer literacy and confidence using online marketplaces

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident answering phones and assisting customers

Ability to learn and retain technical product details

Highly organised with attention to detail

Previous experience in sales, eCommerce, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
