About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administration, Sales and Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at the Australian Sheep Breeders Association in East Bendigo, VIC. This is a part-time role that will involve providing administrative support, assisting with sales coordination, and contributing to our marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality administrative support, including managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records

Supporting the team with coordination and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless customer experience

Assisting with the development and implementation of social media campaigns to promote our products and services

Contributing to the ongoing improvement of our sales and marketing processes

Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to achieve our strategic objectives

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an administrative, sales, or marketing role, preferably within the agricultural or livestock industry - though not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Proficient in using various office software and technology to support your work

A passion for the agricultural industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the Australian Sheep Breeders Association
