About this role

We are small family business seeking a highly motivated administration extraordinaire to support the sales team and supply end to end assistance to new and existing clients.

Position type

This is a casual position with hours varied across 3 - 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

Management of client leads through a CRM system

Responding to new customer leads and forwarding enquiries onto the sales team

Answering incoming calls and general emails

Preparation of sales quotes and following the client follow- up process.

Guiding clients through their pool installation journey from initial enquiry to completion

Opportunity for development & implementation of sales and marketing strategies

General administration duties as required

Requirements

Commitment to excellent customer service

Strong phone communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to follow-through on assigned tasks with attention to detail

Previous experience with the use of a CRM system would be highly advantageous.
