We're seeking a marketing sales assistant who'd love to help tell our story.

The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven digital marketer to take ownership of our digital email campaigns, email flows, and assist with social media content.

You may also assist with our daily retail operations to boost in-store sales as well as online. There is opportunity for additional working hours in the retail showroom, providing in-store product styling consultation and guiding customers with their product selections.

We are a small, dynamic team and there are many exciting facets to what we do - but email marketing is your main focus.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Digital Email Marketing:

First and foremost, you’ll be responsible for managing digital customer communications and creating and executing EDM campaigns, via Klaviyo, to drive engagement and sales. That means building and scheduling emails, managing content updates on Klaviyo site, coordinating with our agency partners who organise Google Ads and digital projects , and tracking performance across email campaigns. You will schedule email campaigns using our product imagery and lifestyle shots and help write engaging, brand-aligned copy.

You’ll also support campaign rollouts, manage timelines and approvals, help keep our content systems organised and occasionally write short pieces of copy like blurbs or calls to action.

Instagram Content Management:

You won’t be running our social media channels, but you’ll collaborate closely with our Social Media & Creative Director to make sure everything connects across platforms and audiences. You will assist with creating in-store and product content and support campaign launches, and engage with our audience on socials.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in digital marketing and also retail sales experience.

Solid Klaviyo experience (flows, lists, campaigns). Confident in Adobe or Canva or similar tools to adapt assets for posts and emails. Strong copywriting skills — you can turn a product into a story. Data-driven mindset with a creative edge.

Experience with Interior Design or Decoration, Fashion or Styling a bonus.

You’re Melbourne-based, available at least one day per week for in-person work and comfortable working independently in remote environment too. We're flexible and family friendly. This part time position would suit an individual looking for regular working hours around studying / parenting / your own small business side hustle!

Bonus Points For

Shopify admin familiarity (product tagging, collections). Experience with TikTok or Pinterest advertising. Understanding of UGC and influencer marketing.

Interior Design or Decoration qualifications and/or styling experience.
