Why You’ll Love This Role

This is more than internal sales. It’s a hybrid of technical account management, customer relationship development and sales enablement, backed by the globally trusted OREAS and AnalytiChem brands. You’ll manage a portfolio of scientific clients, respond to enquiries, and drive the sales of high-integrity products used in labs, exploration and production quality control across the mining value chain.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients in the analytical, mining and environmental sectors

Respond to product and technical enquiries, guiding customers through specification, pricing and order fulfilment

Identify and convert new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels

Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Production and Logistics to ensure excellent delivery

Maintain and report on your sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Work closely with the Sales Director to execute strategic sales initiatives

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within the scientific, laboratory or mining-related industries

Strong communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to build trust and technical credibility with clients

Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics or similar) to manage opportunities and customer interactions

A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through

A qualification in science, chemistry, geology, or a related field is highly desirable
