What This Role Looks Like

You’ll be a trusted advisor to dentists, practice owners and dental technicians. Whether it’s chairside or lab-based, your focus will be helping customers design, adopt, and master efficient digital workflows.

This isn’t a cold-call sales gig. It’s a consultative, technical, solutions-focused role that blends product knowledge with real-world application.

Your responsibilities will include:

Demonstrating, supporting CAD-CAM systems (intraoral scanners, milling machines, 3D printers, software)

Advising clinics and labs on workflow optimisation and equipment integration

Providing in-depth onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing support

Building relationships grounded in trust, education, and technical know-how

Working within a collaborative team that has your back

Who This Is For

We're looking for someone with technical and clinical insight, but also a heart for what this tech can actually do in practice.

You might come from:

A dental laboratory, with experience in CAD design (like Blender, 3Shape, exocad), 3D printing or milling

A sales or support role in dental or medtech

A clinical background with an interest in the digital shift

An engineering or biomedical background with exposure to CNC, CAD or additive manufacturing

What matters most is that you get it, and you care.

Key attributes we value:

Familiarity with digital dental systems (or the hunger to learn them fast)

Clear communicator with empathy and problem-solving mindset

Ability to manage your own time and customer base

Comfortable working on-site at clinics and labs, with some travel required

Valid Australian working rights + current driver’s licence
