About the role

Working with a very experienced and supportive team, you will manage your own portfolio and your responsibilities include:

• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Carry out rent reviews / lease renewals
• Liaise with tenants and landlords
• Oversee repairs and maintenance
• Process tenancy applications
• Manage rental arrears
• Attend tribunal hearings on behalf of landlords

Skills and experience

We are looking for a well organised and disciplined Property Manager who has several years experience and is now seeking a new challenge and scope to progress with a strong brand. The ideal candidate for the role will have:

• Property Management experience
• Certificate of Registration
• First class written and verbal communication skills
• An eye for detail and highly organised
• Initiative and drive
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
