As the branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the overall operations of our growing business. What we're looking for:

Similar experience in a senior management or general management role, preferably within the home enhancements or related industry

Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering strong financial results

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

Excellent communication and management skills
