The Role

We're looking for a confident, results-driven Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day delivery while supporting the CEO on business growth. You’ll manage service operations, compliance, rostering, and site delivery, while also driving tender submissions, generating new sales, and contributing to financial performance. With a team of administrators and field managers under you, you’ll be empowered to make things run better and faster.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily delivery of security services

Manage staff rosters, site setups, performance issues and compliance

Prepare and submit tender responses with support from admin and leadership

Monitor and report on contract P&Ls, labour costs, and margin performance

Build strong client relationships and pursue upsell or expansion opportunities

Generate and follow up new business leads, quotes and proposal documents

Collaborate with the CEO on system improvements and strategic planning

Ensure reporting platforms (Guardhouse, SimPRO, etc.) are maintained accurately

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in operations management (security, facilities, workforce preferred)

Strong commercial mindset – P&L, margins, costing, quoting

Excellent communicator who’s great with clients and internal teams

Confident working on tenders, proposals, and new business generation

Systems-driven and organised, someone who thrives on process and efficiency

Ready to grow with the business and take on more over time
