The Role
The role of the Operations Manager is to lead and direct the day-to-day activities of the Alfasi QLD branch. This includes working closely with the operations supervisors in Victoria, NSW and WA.
Your key focus will be to:
Oversee the operation establishment to facilitate growth.
Ensure leveraging telematics technology and maximizing their ROI to the business.
Review business dashboard and ensure the business is informed and taken actions accordingly.
Commuting on regular basis between supervisors to address operational issues and to ensure QSE compliance, participate in management meetings.
Identifying improvements within the accounts area and suggest any recommendations to the CFO/Financial Accountant/General Manager/ Managing Director.
Key to your success will be:
Minimum 5 years in similar role within the construction / access hire industry
Mechanical background
Strong leadership and management experience
High level of administration and computer literacy
Experienced in managing a maintenance service and workshop operation and understanding of preventative maintenance processes and procedures
Minimum 5yrs industry experience at manager level or be able to demonstrate
Similar supervisory / managerial capacity within another industry.
