Are You an Experienced Property Manager Seeking Flexibility?

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our growing professional team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end property management processes, a strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (VIC), and hold a current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate License. A NSW Certificate of Registration (Agent’s Representative) is advantageous, or a willingness to study and obtain certification in both states. You will be supported by our internal accounts team, which manages all trust accounting responsibilities, including end-of-month processing and compliance - allowing you to focus on owner relationships, property care, and service delivery.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

Manage a well-maintained portfolio, including coordinate the general day-to-day of the portfolio and meet KPI's.

Liaise with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service and communication at all times.

Ensure compliance with all rental regulations and legal requirements.

Prepare all relevant leasing documents and managing authorities.

Conduct property entry and exit condition reports, routine inspections and final bond inspections.

Handle and action maintenance requests - liaise with tenants, landlords and tradespeople when required and rental arrears.

What We’re Looking For:

Hold a current full Australian Drivers license.

Minimum 2 years' of experience in a property management role.

Must hold a Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate License in VIC.

Sound knowledge of rental legislation and industry best practices.

Excellent time management and proven ability in preventing, negotiating, and resolving conflict using your relationship building/managing skills.

Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
