Our team boasts a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who onboards all new property owners as well as a full-time Leasing Agent who sources the best possible candidates for our properties. Together with administration support, our team of Property Managers work together to achieve optimal results for both our Rental Providers and Renters alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Property Management team, you’ll play a key role in managing a thriving portfolio of residential rental properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing renter payments and arrears

Coordinating property maintenance

Maintaining accurate records and databases

Ensuring smooth and efficient administration processes

Who You Are

You’re a reliable, detail-oriented professional with:

A current Agent’s Representative Certificate

A valid Driver’s Licence

Proven experience in residential property management

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

A passion for delivering outstanding client service
