Our client located in the inner-Northeast suburbs of Melbourne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio end to end.
About the role:
- Manage around 160 properties
- end to end property management
- Property Me experience is a must
- Monday to Friday only
Offering around $80K - $85K + Super
About you:
- Experience managing a residential portfolio
- MUST hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate and Driver’s Licence
- Hold a clean and valid Police Check
- Experience using a Property Management program
- Corporate attire
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High level of professionalism
